PAZTEROIDS Championship Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the PAZTEROIDS Championship! By participating in this competition, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before registering.

2. Eligibility
   • The PAZTEROIDS Championship is organized by PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich GmbH and is open to individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
   • Participants must have a valid email address and internet access.
   • Employees of PAZ Academy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Registration
   • To participate, you must complete the registration process on our website and confirm your email address.
   • Only one registration per participant is allowed. Duplicate registrations will be disqualified.
   • By registering, you agree to receive communications related to the Championship and any other related materials from PAZ Academy.
4. Championship Rules
   • The Championship will take place from 1st of September until 31st of October and will be conducted online.
   • Participants must log in and play the PAZTEROIDS game via the provided link.
   • The goal is to achieve the highest score within the allotted time.
   • Any attempt to hack, reverse engineer, tamper with the game software or its results, or engage in any form of unauthorized interference is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate disqualification and will be punished.
   • Cheating, hacking, using automated tools,bots or any form of unfair play will not be tolerated and will also result in immediate disqualification.
5. Scoring and Leaderboard
   • Scores will be automatically recorded and displayed on the Championship leaderboard.
   • In the event of a tie, the participant who achieved the score first will be ranked higher.

   • Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
   • Winners will be notified via email within 7 days after the Championship ends.
7. Prize Delivery
   • Prizes will be delivered to the winners’ provided addresses or email addresses within 14 days after the winners have been notified and confirmed their shipping details.
   • PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich GmbH is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed prizes.
8. Data Privacy
   • By registering, you agree that PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich GmbH may collect, store, and use your personal information for the purposes of administering the Championship and for other actions.
   • Your personal information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize delivery.
9. Liability
   • PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich is not responsible for any technical issues, interruptions, or errors that may occur during the Championship.
   • Participants assume all risk of injury or loss resulting from participation in the Championship.
10. Disqualification
    • PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in any activity that disrupts or undermines the Championship.
    • Disqualified participants will forfeit any prizes they may have won.
11. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
    • PAZ – Parametric Academy Zurich reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated via the Championship website.
12. Governing Law
    • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts Zurich.

By registering for and participating in the PAZTEROIDS Championship, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
