HELLO GRASSHOPPER

 

In this course, you will get to know Grasshopper (parametric design editor) integrated on Rhinoceros 6 (3D modeling software).  You will learn the principles of this computer language and the basic principles of parametric design.

The structure of the course:

As a first step, we will introduce the interface and the structure of the programs and the connection between them. We will show you how to identify different parameters and how to connect them.

We will explain the best practices and show step by step the importance of developing our own tools and algorithms to optimize our workflow and build flexible systems for our own professional library.

With this graphical algorithmic editor through simple exercises at the end of the course, you will be able to understand, edit and develop your first usable definitions.

No previous knowledge is necessary.
